🥵 Push Notification has been very slow and doesn't work anymore at the moment

The information is about our application where the errors have persisted:
1. SDK Version: 28 & 36
2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): all

In the past, my expo app received the notifications right after the server sent the notification. But the process is very slow these days. Notifications are delayed by about 10 minutes and It doesn’t work anymore at the moment.
