You should probably update these docs if the build process involves a push notifications P12:
https://docs.expo.io/versions/latest/guides/building-standalone-apps.html

On a separate note, “Please provide the path to your push notification cert P12” shouldn’t be a requirement to build, as not every app is using push notifications.

You can actually update the docs yourself by scrolling down the page. You will see a link there that redirects you to a Github page. You can create a pull request from there!
