Pedometer.getStepCountAsync doesnt work on android

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 40
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android
  3. Pedometer API

Expo Pedometer.getStepCountAsync(start, end) does not provide the data but gives error
“Getting step count for date range is not supported on Android yet.”
