Password Reset Not Working For One Account Sort by

I setup an account with id FOUNDIT.IE and while the account is live and I can build with the expo cli I can not login to the website frontend. When I tried the password reset with email app@foundit.ie - the reset mail is not received. Can you help - or do I need to setup a new account?

Can you send an email to secure@expo.io from the email you used to create the FOUNDIT.IE account? In there, provide me with a little more information (what happens when you try to log in to the expo.io website? Does it say the password is incorrect?)
