Video: Dropbox - app_crashing_ios.mov - Simplify your life
Does anyone know what could be happening? When I shake the device, the menu comes up AND the app screen turns white and it starts “downloading” again. When it completes downloading the app just crashes.
Then when I reopen it, I can reload the app like normal.
Hey @tennisbum, could you try accessing the native logs? They tend to provide more detail and better insight into what causes a crash.

I have the same problem.
Here is the native log when the crash happens, filterer by the app’s bundleID
I tried removing the app components one by one, but nothing works.

I believe I’ve had the same problem too.
The custom-dev-client is not stable and have more crash
I have this problem too on iphone 13 pro
