1- Expo init my-project
Logo após, selecionei o template Blank(typescript)

O erro não está mais ocorrendo, provavelmente, ao tentar iniciar o possível template minha máquina desligou, este deve ser o gerador do problema. Obrigado pelo seu auxilio!

It looks like a networking problem. So maybe when you tried initially there were problems between you and the server.
