Not able to access expo.io through IPv6

I am trying to publish a detached expo project through CLI, but when I run expo publish in the terminal, expo gives me the below message. (I’m using IPv6), and also I’m not able to access expo.io in the browser

Fetching the user profile failed
[17:10:44] connect ETIMEDOUT

I’m using “sdkVersion”: “31.0.0”, and expo-cli : 2.6.5
