Is Expo Updates "fallbackToCacheTimeout" set in seconds or millis?

expo-updates 0.8.2

In app.json is expo updates “fallbackToCacheTimeout” supposed to be set in milliseconds?

I can’t see a clear answer on that in the docs. Thanks :slight_smile:
