Is `Alert.alert` affecting by `Permissions.NOTIFICATIONS`?

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 38
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): iOS

Is Alert.alert affecting by Permissions.NOTIFICATIONS?

When I turn off notification on setting, the alert (I changed to Alert.alert in my code) in doc will not pop out anymore.
