iOS expo client doesn’t open test apps

So no way I can test apps made with expo at all?

On Android you are able to open any Expo experience that is shared publicly but on iOS you can not. Sharing via TestFlight is the most reliable way to test projects on iOS. Internally, if you’re working with a team, it is best to create a shared Expo account so you can all open your project.
