I have just started getting this build error which I have seen for my last two build attempts so as instructed by the message I am reporting the issue.

this was an intermittent issue where one of our worker host servers was not behaving correctly. it has been removed from the pool and we’re investigating what was wrong

I’m getting this same right now, couple builds have failed because:
Creating new worker instance
Worker configuration failed.
Couple builds before failed on:
[1/4] Resolving packages...
info There appears to be trouble with your network connection. Retrying...
Seems to be working again…
there was an intermittent issue with our npm cache server, it has been resolved
Happening again (right now).
