How to upload files to Expo.io

My expo-cli keeps crashing my Expo-App locally when i am trying to scan the QR-code
after the command expo start.

I have RedMi 7A?
And it started to happens when i downloaded react-native-svg??

Can i upload my expo project to expo.io instead?
