how can i get EXPO PUSH TOKEN

i use Save the user’s Expo Push Token on your server page code and scan QR code on my phone.But its just keep telling me Somethin went wrong ,Network responense timed out. How could I get the Token key?

i already saw the guide. it show on the console Uncaught Error:java.net.SocketTimeoutoutException:
failed to connect to /10.1.1.99(port 19000) after 10000ms
