I just installed the tools create a black app opened expo on device scanned the qr code and it only says could not load. In view log theres only Üncaught Errror: Could not load" no stack trace. I am really lost, how can I get more information about it ?!

React Native Packager Hangs (Proxy related)

Hi, I just installed XDE, and fololwed the up and running steps. Tried to create a new project and run via the expo IDE. It hangs in “Starting React Native packager…” after the line “Dependency graph loaded”.
