My app got rejected from facebook because they could not run the .ipa file “can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer” does anyone knows how to fix this?

Can you let me know what SDK version you are running and is this a managed project or an ExpoKit one?

Im building with expo build:ios -c and for android too the sdk version is 3.0.2
You shouldn’t be adding the -c flag unless your desire is to clear the credentials associated with the .ipa file. Can you try building a new .ipa via expo build:ios and see if that helps?
