Expo stuck on endless loading screen when trying to start app on emulator

there is a endless loading screen when i start expo. it worked fine first time that i run. it got this issue when i refresh. how to fix this issue?

maybe re-install your Android Studio virtual device so that Expo Go is installed afresh
