Expo Sentry Error: Could not download from

I’m getting an error similar to @joenimble 's (now closed) post:

And wondering same thing, is that just a general network error or error on my end due to how I’m checking for app updates? Sentry breadcrumbs below. So far sentry reports it happening 27 times to 17 users total.
