expo-print printToFileAsync - page-header and footers

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 47.0.8 (expo-print 12.0.0)
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): all
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on. #print

Has anyone been able to produce a html-template that, when printed to file as pdf, gets a page header and footer for each generated page? I’ve been able to create this on some online converters but not when using the printToFileAsync-method. Does anyone have a working example of this?
