Hi,
I am using expo-notifications for my push notifications.
I ejected and now I am not sure how to change the icon. I followed the documentation and created a
96x96 all-white png with transparency
I changed the “icon” key in app.json but nothing happened.
According to the last sentence in this documentation section I should have run
expo prebuild
but after doing it once I am not sure it is safe as it messed up my project.
In addition I now read more about prebuilding and according to the last sentence of this documentation section it is indeed not safe.
(1) Wanted to let you know about this conflict in documentations
(2) How can I change the icon so I won’t get this grey square when receiving a remote message?
