Expo Go not opening on Android

When I run ‘Expo Start’ in the command prompt and try and run on Android device, it says that it’s attempting to open on the device but nothing happens and the command prompt freezes

This also happens with new projects, is there a way to fix this?

Hey @glowingmanagement, please run expo diagnostics and share what’s printed out here. Without version info and more details it’s very hard to help debug the issue at hand.
