Expo Go "Could not connect to the server"

I have open two simulator with the same expo go version “2.28.9.1017567” installed.

one is iphonese3 one is iphone14, both on ios 16.

Weird thing is:
iphoneSE3 run well as before.
iphone14 throw error instead:“Could not connect to the server”.

also have tried android, this time it throw “Failed to connect to exp.host/223.75.236.241:443”.
