expo buid:ios fails to authenticate to portal regardless of credentials used.

I receive the error below regardless of the apple-id that I put in. I tried my actual enterprise account and then found that regardless of the account name I put I get the same error. This is on a windows 10 PC with ubuntu loaded. I’ve run the powershell command. I’ve never compiled an expo app before, and have followed the directions in the documentation. Expo -V shows version 2.21.2
