[expo-av] Some errors caught on production: AVFoundationErrorDomain, NSURLErrorDomain, Decoder failed: OMX.qcom.video.decoder.avc, etc.

We released an educational app (SDK 45/46) two months ago and our Sentry detected some errors related to expo-av on both iOS and Android. Thankfully, we haven’t had any customer complaints, so it’s not a real issue yet. Is there anything we can do to debug these cases? We were unable to reproduce these errors.
