expo-app-loading is deprecated in favor of expo-splash-screen

  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

Why expo has deprecated expo-app-loading while expo-splash-screen doesn’t support web?
Expo app loading supports web. I think it’s better to build alternatives completely and then deprecate the original one!
