Exp cli support command

Hi. I’ve been developing with expokit for a while and I’ve missed react-native run-android and react-native run-ios command. I don’t really want to open up the xcode or android studio to run my app even I don’t need to look into this.

Could expo support those commands to not open android studio and xcode in detached app?

@dooboolab feel free to make a feature request at https://expo.canny.io. I imagine that this is something we can incorporate into exp
