EAS, What happen after build mobile application?

I have recently finished deploying an application with Expo Build. and works well in tests with APK files on Android devices. But I have a doubt about APK files. Are these files dependent on Expo? For example if a global crash of the Expo build web platform occurs (which I would not want). My APK app still works properly? or is it still dependent on Expo build. How does Expo build finally work?

I would appreciate clarifying my doubts, thanks.

you can leave the EAS platform whenever you like, you’re not tied to it. nothing that happens on our end will impact your app - it won’t crash if our servers are down or anything. the full build process is described on the following pages:
