The following page: Register iOS Device — Expo shows a red banner that says “Please view this page with an iOS device.” when visited on an iPad (haven’t tested other tablets). You can press the aA in the URL bar and Request mobile website which then allows you to register your device normally, but this page should recognize the iPad.
