DNS issues with exp.host

So most of my eas commands gives med getaddr 404 issue, and it is obviously DNS issue with our VPN. Things work by turning off the VPN. We use Cloudflare WARP/ZeroTrust. We tried to add exp.host to Cloudflare WARP/ZeroTrust exceptions and send traffic directly and it didn’t change the situation.

So the question is, what are required to be whitelisted in our DNS setup other than exp.host to fix this issue?

Another question is, I am on pro plan and there are no guidelines to use the priority support. Does it exist anywhere?

Hi @miraiex-developer

This is not obviously a DNS issue. I mean there might be a DNS issue, but it’s not obvious  I’m not familiar with Cloudflare WARP/ZeroTrust, though.

Are you able to whitelist wildcards? Maybe try *.expo.dev and *.expo.io as well. If it is a DNS issue you should be able to run a packet sniffer to see what hostnames are being looked up.

Try going to the Contact page while logged into the Expo website.
