Detect phone call state using react native with expo

My application was designed in react native with expo. Now we want show a popup whenever user received a call or dialled a number.

Can anyone help me to implement this using react native with expo?

  1. SDK Version:47
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.
