Constants.manifest.extra undefined when using 'expo-cli'

I was implementing Firebase Auth in my app when I came across that extra is undefined when running my app in ‘expo’, but not when I run it in ‘exp’.

I write this here, because I could see some locked issues from people that had the same problem.
