Since the new version of the Android client which supports sdk37 I cannot open the developer menu on Android Studio running on Windows. When I press CTRL+M the menu doesn’t open. I tried both settings for “Send keyboard shortcuts to”.
On a physical android device the menu opens fine when I shake it.

The solution was to start by copying the url into the expo app.
Also this should be fixed by now
