Cannot Install new Version of Expo cli

Hi

The EPERM errors look like permission errors. e.g. you installed expo-cli as an Administrator and now you are trying to upgrade it as a normal user?

Hi Are you sure expo-cli installed correctly? Try running npm install -g expo-cli and check for errors similar to the ones under “Observed Behavior” on this bug report.
