Im get expo token, and if my app (installed apk) was opened recently, then i can receive notify, but if my app was stopped or was opened yesterday, and closed, or device was restarted - no notify. But expo push notifications tool give me success. I don`t understand. Is notification must work on apk when application was stopped, or when it was not opened?
