Blur View is not giving any blur it only makes it transparent or opaque.
Please correct this bug.
If you have a look at the documentation:
A React component that blurs everything underneath the view. On iOS, it renders a native blur view. On Android, it falls back to a semi-transparent view.
That is the expected behavior on Android
