I’ve generated an APK that works fine, but in android 11 the application isn’t showing the icon after the installation. I’ve installed the same apk on android 5 and android 8 and the icon shows correctly.
I finally found out that I have to build my app image as an adaptive image, with android studio for example. An interesting investigation to solve the problem.
