Amplitude user property functions

Hi,
I was wondering, wether it’s possible to use other Amplitude functions to set and update user properties, such as increment or setOnce?

As it is not documented, I also tried using the @amplitude/react-native package but it errored with "null is not an object (set libary name). Would it be possible to use this package as an alternative at all?
