Allow exp.host from internal server

My backend application is hosted in a private cloud. The backend is written in PHP and uses the expo-server-sdk-php to send notifications to apps. The API is able to send notifications when running locally, but when I deploy the API to the private cloud the endpoint that sends notifications hangs the entire backend.
The backend API/server doesn’t have access to the internet except when calling https://exp.host URL. When looking at the network logs, there are URLs like time.cloudflare, and other google static content URLs that are being dropped by the firewall.
Is there a list of URLs which I can whitelist/allow when calling https://exp.host so that the request gets completed?
