504 Gateway Time-out when sending push notifications

We are seeing a spike in 504 Gateway Time-out errors again when sending push notifications. Are we having more issue with push notification services?

UPDATE - things seem to be working again. However, this is the same error we were seeing when push notifications were down on the 25th and 27th of February. Was there an issue with the push notification service this morning that would have caused this? There were no changes made on our end to restore service.
